Private Professional Fiduciary
National Certified Guardian

My passion is to work in partnership with individuals, couples, and families and helping them maintain independence as long as possible. To provide services to enhance and complement the activities in which they wish to participate and provide the resources to handle the activities they wish to delegate.

Fiduciary Experience:
Since 2002, I have assisted people in all aspects of living, from personal shopping, transportation to appointments, medical advocate, move coordinator, bill pay agent, and more. In 2006, I transitioned to having a fiduciary practice and attended Cal State Fullerton to acquire certification. I was certified as a National Certified Guardian and Professional Fiduciary with the Professional Fiduciary Association of California after passing the required exams.

In 2008, when the State of California determined that a fiduciary should be licensed, I passed the exam and became licensed (number 103). The state requires all professional fiduciaries to file annual reports, obtain continuing education credits, operate under the rules of the California Probate Code, and adhere to the Professional Code of Ethics.

Before during and after licensing, I have served as conservator, trustee, successor trustee, attorney-in-fact, daily money manager, financial manager, caregiver, case manager, medical liaison and advocate, move coordinator, property manager, personal shopper, family mediator… and much more.

Professional Fiduciaries Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, California Licensed Professional Fiduciary, License #103, since 2008.
